Do you photograph weddings?
Yes I do!
I don't photograph as many weddings these days as my schedule gets rather packed with my other shoot styles, but if you are interested in booking for a wedding, please reach so we can talk about your special day!
Do you travel?
I'm currently based in Pueblo, CO but I have traveled all over the country and even outside of it to photograph. There are small additional fees for travel within the state, but if you are thinking a bit further, I'd love to hear your ideas and make them become a reality!
When will we get our photos?
You will receive the link and instructions to your gallery 7-14 days after our session together, but I know sometimes you just cant wait to get a sneak peek at your session. If we have already shot, contact for the opportunity to receive a sneak peek photo or two. (depends on scheduling)
How many pictures will we receive?
Every shoot has different photo guaranteed amounts. Standard portrait sessions yield more photos that are easily edited for use. Sports, Modeling, and Team photos usually require more set up, timing, and editing to get the desired feel. Each of those sessions have different guaranteed edits. Naturally I do my very best to give you as many clean and edited photos as I can from your session.
The story of a photographer
I first found photography in high school when a graphic arts teacher told me that I should give photography a try, but the only way he would teach me was if I learned the "old school" way, by shooting on 35mm film. He taught me how to use load the film, shoot, and even how to develop my shots in the dark room. There began this obsession with the camera.
After high school I went to college and took courses on film photography, digital photography, and photoshop. The passion grew, but I was struggling to find a niche. Like most photographers I took photos of about everything and attempted to develop a style that I thought everyone would like. This went on and off for years. Shooting weddings, seniors, cars, houses, nature, families,...who ever and whatever people wanted photos taken of.
Then one winter I decided that I was tired of just shooting whatever I thought everyone else wanted to see. I was trying to emulate other photographers to get gigs.
What if I shot what I wanted, the way I wanted? Would people like it?
I love sports and action, seniors with wild fashion sense, funky modeling vibes, and I have this addiction for color and light.
So I shot from there...
I worked with amazing athletes, stunning models, incredible seniors, and numerous other subjects to create a style that I've fallen in love with. Craziest part...so did a lot of you.
Here we are today and I cant get enough of it.
